Our starting point is universal, objective football references. From these references and from significant reflection and introspection we've distilled our Top Football Game Model including a coaching philosophy (why we coach), a playing style (what our teams do), a training methodology (what and when we train), and a coaching methodology (how we communicate and educate). The Top Football Game Model provides a methodical and comprehensive structure for maximizing and expediting player and team development. We continuously seek to improve the Top Football Game Model through feedback and reflection, and by regularly immersing ourselves in rigorous coach education around the world.
